Worked on the apache/doris repository to enhance the reliability of materialized view rewrite validation in cloud mode. Focused on stabilizing test infrastructure by ensuring that mv_rewrite_success checks occur only after partition statistics are ready, which reduced intermittent CI failures following DML operations. Addressed a specific flaky test in cloud_p0 by linking changes to a targeted commit, improving the accuracy of cost-based optimizer decisions. Utilized Groovy for test automation and applied expertise in cloud computing, database management, and testing to prevent regressions. The work contributed to more predictable production behavior and faster feedback cycles aligned with business objectives.
