Worked on improving authentication stability and backend reliability for the weseek/growi repository, focusing on resolving a critical issue in the LDAP login flow. Addressed a bug where AJAX-based LDAP logins failed to redirect users properly by modifying the server response to return a JSON payload instead of an HTTP 302 redirect, specifically by removing the isExternalAccount flag for LDAP authentication. This change streamlined the login experience, eliminating unnecessary page reloads for LDAP users while maintaining correct redirect behavior for other providers. Utilized JavaScript and Node.js to implement these backend improvements, demonstrating attention to detail in authentication workflows and user experience.
