Focused on backend development and API integration using Python, the work involved refreshing the list of supported models to include gemini-2.5-pro and gemini-2.5-flash while removing deprecated entries. This targeted update aligned the extension’s capabilities with the evolving Gemini model roadmap, ensuring users could leverage new features without legacy clutter.
