During December 2024, Zhanghao integrated the CertiK Finality Provider into the babylonlabs-io/networks repository, establishing a modular foundation for supporting signature-based finality providers. He focused on blockchain development, implementing the CertiK provider’s signature file to enable new finality options and aligning the integration with external signature standards to enhance network reliability and security. Zhanghao prepared documentation and test hooks to streamline future provider onboarding, ensuring operational readiness. Although the work was limited to a single feature over one month, it demonstrated a methodical approach to expanding finality provider interoperability using blockchain concepts and modular repository design principles.
