Worked on the sj-distributor/SmartTalk repository to enhance call routing and agent-assisted workflows by delivering the AI Speech Assistant Manual Service Enablement feature. This involved introducing a new boolean flag in C# to replace legacy transfer logic, allowing manual service to be enabled outside of standard service hours and improving overall responsiveness. The update provided greater flexibility in handling calls and enabled human intervention when necessary. Additionally, refined the transfer-to-human logic to reduce edge-case failures and ensure smoother handoffs. Focused on backend development and API design, the work emphasized reliability and adaptability in the SmartTalk platform’s call management processes.
