Worked on the alphagov/govuk-design-system repository to enhance the password reset flow by clarifying and streamlining user-facing copy. Focused on removing duplicated wording and ensuring consistent messaging, the work addressed a key bug that previously caused user confusion. The approach involved precise copy editing using Markdown, close collaboration with design and content teams, and adherence to accessibility-conscious documentation standards. By aligning the password reset questions with the GOV.UK Design System guidelines, the changes improved the overall user experience and reduced the likelihood of support inquiries. Demonstrated strengths included content writing, documentation, and effective use of Git-based version control.
