During June 2025, Hawk focused on improving user experience and data integrity in the p0deje/Maccy repository by addressing a targeted bug in the clear history confirmation dialog. Using Swift and leveraging macOS development skills, Hawk refined the dialog’s logic to ensure the confirmation prompt only appears when suppressClearAlert is false, preventing accidental history clears triggered by pressing Enter. This concise, well-scoped fix aligned the application’s behavior with user expectations for history management. The work demonstrated careful attention to UX safety and maintainability, with a clear commit message that facilitates both code review and future updates within the project’s codebase.
