Worked on enhancing the SpikeInterface/spikeinterface repository by building a robust multi-OS CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, with a focus on automating dependency installation, environment provisioning, and test execution across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Leveraged Python and YAML to implement scripts for profiling imports and validating Kilosort4 releases, ensuring reproducibility and compatibility across platforms. Addressed a critical integration issue by aligning the CompressedBinaryIBLExtractor with updated neuropixels sample shift logic, stabilizing test outcomes. This work improved CI reliability, accelerated feedback for contributors, and reduced manual intervention, ultimately supporting maintainability and researcher-facing reliability within the codebase.
