Worked on the openclaw/openclaw repository to enhance the stability and security of owner-only automation flows within the auto-reply system. Focused on backend development using TypeScript, the work addressed a critical bug by ensuring the senderIsOwner flag was correctly propagated to both embedded and follow-up runners. This technical approach allowed owner-only tools to reliably enforce ownership permissions, directly improving the reliability and trustworthiness of automated responses. The solution was implemented with careful attention to permission handling and system integrity, leveraging TypeScript and Markdown for code and documentation. The work contributed to a more robust and secure automation infrastructure for the project.
