In June 2025, Hector Huallpar Ramos developed an end-to-end threaded reservation comment management system for the Redibo platform, spanning both backend and frontend in the Dauphinsss/Redibo-Backend and Dauphinsss/Redibo-Frontend repositories. He designed a new data model and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Prisma ORM to support nested comment threads linked to reservation ratings, enabling hosts and renters to manage multi-level conversations. On the frontend, Hector implemented a React-based interface for hosts to view and reply to renter feedback, with status-based organization. This work improved host-renter communication, streamlined moderation, and established a foundation for analytics on feedback interactions.

June 2025: Delivered end-to-end threaded reservation comment management for Redibo platform across backend and frontend, enabling richer host-renter conversations and streamlined feedback workflows. Backend work introduced a new data model and APIs to support threaded replies: a ComentarioRespuesta table linked to CalificacionReserva to store responses and enable nested conversations, along with API routes and controllers for managing host and renter comment replies. A renter-focused extension added endpoints to fetch comments related to a renter’s reservations and to create new replies, completing the renter comment workflow. Frontend work delivered a Host Comment Management page with a dedicated interface to view and reply to renter feedback, including multi-level thread support and status-based tabs (pending/answered) to improve host-renter communications. The combination of data modeling, RESTful APIs, and iterative UI design delivers measurable business value by accelerating issue resolution, improving moderation, and enabling analytics on feedback and response times.
