Worked on the launchdarkly/ld-find-code-refs repository to automate code reference maintenance for private repositories, focusing on improving CI automation. Developed a feature that enables branch deletion in private repositories by adding authentication header support within GitHub Actions, addressing a key limitation in automated branch pruning. Leveraged Go for backend development and integrated Git and GitHub Actions to ensure secure and reliable operations using GITHUB_TOKEN in the workflow context. This update restored the ability to prune branches automatically in private repositories, reducing manual intervention and improving the maintainability of the code-ref workflow for ongoing development and CI processes.
