Worked on the topolvm/topolvm repository to deliver a targeted dependency upgrade, focusing on enhancing the stability and maintainability of the Helm chart. Upgraded the cert-manager dependency to version 1.12.x, aligning with the Long-Term Support release and ensuring future compatibility. Updated the Chart.lock digest to guarantee reproducible deployments, providing clear traceability from commit to deployment impact. The work was implemented using YAML and Helm, leveraging Kubernetes best practices for chart management. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery. The approach demonstrated attention to reproducibility and dependency management within a Kubernetes ecosystem.
