Developed and delivered an automated Snapshot Scheduler for Block Storage in the MagaluCloud/magalu repository, focusing on enhancing data protection and reducing manual backup tasks. The work involved designing APIs and building a command-line interface, with comprehensive documentation provided in Markdown and OpenAPI definitions in YAML to support automation and integration. The scheduler enables users to create, delete, and manage snapshot schedules, including attaching or detaching volumes, while enforcing retention policies for compliance. No major bugs were reported during the period, and incidental reliability improvements were made. The project leveraged skills in API design, CLI development, and cloud computing throughout.
