During October 2024, Feinberg enhanced the oss-review-toolkit/ort repository by delivering focused documentation improvements for Jenkins integration, specifically targeting deployment in containerized environments. Feinberg clarified the prerequisites for Jenkins setups by specifying the need for the Copy Artifact plugin in versions 2.462.3 and above, and detailed the process of installing Docker within Jenkins containers to support Docker-based deployments. Using Markdown and leveraging strong documentation skills, Feinberg ensured that the changes were traceable through well-documented commits. This work improved user onboarding and deployment reliability, addressing common pain points for teams adopting Jenkins with Docker in the ORT ecosystem.
