Worked on modernizing the CI/CD workflow for the hello-robot/stretch_ai repository by decommissioning the self-hosted GitHub Actions pipeline used for Python packaging. This transition aimed to reduce maintenance overhead and align the project with a more scalable, centralized CI/CD strategy. Leveraged skills in DevOps, CI/CD, and Python, utilizing both Python and YAML to implement and document the changes. The update was tracked at the commit level to ensure traceability and auditability. By removing the legacy workflow, the work laid the foundation for more consistent and efficient automated testing and deployment processes across the repository’s release pipeline.
