Worked on upgrading the Ruby runtime for the simplybusiness/mars-rover-kata repository, focusing on dependency management and DevOps practices. The project involved moving from Ruby 3.2.1 to 3.3.7, ensuring that all configuration files such as .ruby-version and Gemfile were updated to reflect the new environment. Documentation was also refreshed, with the README revised to remove references to deprecated Ruby versions. Throughout the process, no functional code changes were introduced, maintaining compatibility with existing tests and continuous integration workflows. This work demonstrated careful attention to environment consistency and highlighted skills in Ruby, dependency management, and configuration maintenance.
