Worked on the medic/cht-conf repository to deprecate the NO_LABEL usage in forms, introducing user-facing deprecation warnings and updating the test suite to ensure continued functionality without NO_LABEL. This effort focused on improving migration readiness and long-term UI consistency by emitting clear logging messages to guide users through the transition. The technical approach emphasized test-driven development and collaborative code review, with changes co-authored and traceable via commit history. Leveraged JavaScript and Node.js for implementation, alongside front end development and testing skills, to enhance observability and prevent regressions, while prioritizing robust feature deprecation over bug fixes during the period.
