Developed and delivered an S3 Presigned URL Upload Endpoint for the harupy/mlflow repository, enabling clients to upload artifacts directly to AWS S3 without requiring backend write permissions. This approach reduced server load, improved upload throughput, and enhanced security by leveraging scoped presigned URLs and auditable access controls. The work focused on REST API development and seamless cloud storage integration, ensuring that artifact transfers were offloaded efficiently to S3. Collaborated closely with cross-team contributors to validate the new upload flow, utilizing Java and Python alongside Protobuf to implement and test the solution. No major bugs were addressed during this period.
