Worked on enhancing the CI/CD pipeline for the simnova/sharethrift repository, focusing on securing Docusaurus documentation deployments and improving reliability within Azure Pipelines. Addressed authentication by tightening GitHub credential and token management, including updates to System.AccessToken usage and Git configuration. Refactored Bash and YAML scripts to remove deprecated authentication methods, streamline resource definitions, and reduce unnecessary checkout steps, resulting in a more efficient and secure deployment process. These changes improved build reliability, reduced failures, and supported faster documentation releases. The work demonstrated a strong emphasis on DevOps best practices, security, and maintainability through incremental, targeted improvements to the pipeline.
