Hervé contributed to the ESA-APEx/apex_algorithms repository by delivering a new GEP-OST record, introducing a dedicated JSON configuration file and a preview image to enhance data accessibility. He standardized contact information fields across all GEP records, improving consistency and easing future maintenance. His work included repository hygiene, removing non-functional .DS_Store files to maintain a clean codebase. Hervé also investigated and documented a metadata-related no-op change, clarifying commit intent and preventing future deployment confusion. Throughout the project, he applied configuration management skills and worked extensively with JSON, demonstrating attention to detail and a methodical approach to repository and data management.
