Worked on the percona/percona-backup-mongodb repository to enhance cloud storage integration by implementing a new List function for the OSS storage driver. This function enables scalable object listing by supporting prefix-based scanning, suffix filtering, pagination, and returning only file information, which streamlines backup workflows by excluding directories. Additionally, improved the reliability of OSS client initialization through robust configuration validation and the introduction of a default retry mechanism when no policy is specified. These backend development efforts, utilizing Go and cloud storage integration skills, reduced manual validation, increased operational efficiency, and strengthened the resilience of production backup operations within the project.
