Worked on the pagopa/io-wallet repository to deliver DNS-based external service verification, focusing on onboarding readiness and automation. Implemented DNS TXT records to validate cbor and proximity namespaces, enabling Maven external service verification for wallet.io.pagopa.it. This approach reduced manual onboarding steps and enhanced the security posture for integrating external services. The work involved DNS management and Infrastructure as Code practices, utilizing HCL to automate configuration changes. No major bugs were addressed, but minor stabilization tasks around DNS configuration were completed. The feature was developed through ticket-driven collaboration, ensuring traceability and alignment with cross-team requirements for secure service integration.
