Focused on improving user experience, the developer ensured that when no patients are present, the interface communicates this clearly, reducing ambiguity for end users. The technical approach involved writing isolated unit tests using JavaScript and TypeScript within a React front end, which helped maintain code quality and minimize regression risk.
