Hiren Babariya focused on enhancing KPI data accuracy and reliability across the PublicisSapient/knowhow-api and knowhow-ui repositories. Over two months, he refactored backend data models in Java to use ProjectHierarchy, improving the clarity and maintainability of project-related information. He addressed bugs affecting SQV and Kanban KPI calculations, aligning data access logic and updating Node structures to reduce discrepancies and future regressions. On the frontend, using Angular and TypeScript, Hiren restored analytics data collection flows to ensure consistent KPI reporting. His work strengthened end-to-end KPI pipeline stability, supporting data-driven decision-making and reducing the need for post-hoc metric corrections.

November 2024: Strengthened Kanban KPI data integrity and analytics reliability across knowhow-api and knowhow-ui. Completed back-end data access refactor for KPI data using ProjectHierarchy, updated Node logic, and removed redundant checks/constructors, while re-enabling analytics data collection in the UI to ensure accurate KPI metrics and reliable reporting for Kanban boards.
