Worked on the ueberdosis/tiptap repository to deliver a reliability-focused dependency upgrade, replacing the unmaintained fast-deep-equal library with the actively maintained fast-equals. This change reduced technical debt and minimized risks associated with deprecated tooling, supporting long-term maintainability. The upgrade was tracked with a changeset for transparent release management and included updates to project documentation to ensure clarity for future contributors. Collaboration was emphasized through co-authored commits, reinforcing code quality and shared knowledge. The work was implemented using JavaScript and React, focusing on front end development practices to preserve feature stability while preparing the codebase for smoother future upgrades.
