Developed and delivered a hardware-visual indicator feature for the tenstorrent/tt-zephyr-platforms repository, enabling an LED to flash in response to thermal trip events and providing immediate visual feedback for critical thermal conditions. The work involved end-to-end firmware development in C, integrating the LED control with the platform’s BMC and thermal management flow. This solution enhanced system safety and reliability by ensuring real-time event signaling at the hardware level. The implementation maintained precise commit traceability and demonstrated skills in embedded systems, hardware interaction, and real-time event handling, resulting in a deploy-ready feature that supports operational monitoring and platform robustness.
