During November 2024, Holymonson enhanced the lizongying/homebrew-cask repository by delivering a focused feature that removed the build-time openssl dependency from the PowerShell and PowerShell@preview Homebrew Cask definitions. This change, implemented in Ruby, streamlined the installation process for end users by reducing friction and simplifying onboarding. Holymonson applied skills in dependency management and Homebrew Cask management to clarify the packaging pipeline and lower ongoing maintenance requirements.
