Developed and delivered the initial asset onboarding framework for the kizsi2024/12K-SZ repository, focusing on repository readiness for Scratch-based projects. The work centered on packaging and committing binary Scratch assets, including Chat_Python.sb3, My Project.sb3, and ai.sb3, to establish a reproducible foundation for new projects. Leveraging Git for version control and asset management, the developer streamlined the setup process for future contributors by providing ready-to-use project assets. This approach reduced onboarding time and facilitated scalable collaboration. The technical effort emphasized repository structure, asset initialization, and workflow acceleration, laying the groundwork for efficient asset packaging and future enhancements.
