During March 2026, Hronom contributed to the archestra-ai/archestra repository by implementing external secret-based authentication within the Helm chart. This work enabled ARCHESTRA deployments to leverage existing Kubernetes Secrets for authentication, enhancing both security and operational flexibility. Hronom updated deployment helpers to support reading authentication secrets from either managed or external sources, and adjusted Helm rendering logic to prevent duplication or leakage of secrets. The solution was developed using Go and YAML, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. Comprehensive chart tests and validation were added to ensure reliability across both secret wiring patterns in production environments.
March 2026 monthly summary for archestra-ai/archestra. Delivered External Secret-Based Authentication in the Helm chart, enabling configuration of existing Kubernetes Secrets for ARCHESTRA authentication, enhancing security and flexibility. Strengthened secret management by supporting external Secret sources and ensuring Helm does not render managed secrets when an external secret is configured. Expanded test coverage and validation to cover both wiring patterns, improving reliability for production deployments.
