Worked on the bitmark-inc/feralfile-app repository to streamline the internal Play Store release process by addressing a bottleneck in the CI/CD pipeline. Focused on updating the GitHub Actions workflow for Android releases, the work ensured that internal deployments to the Play Store’s internal track were no longer held for review, directly reducing release cycle times and improving the efficiency of internal QA feedback loops. Leveraged skills in CI/CD and YAML to implement the fix, resulting in faster and more reliable internal build cycles. The contribution enhanced the repository’s release management practices and aligned with evolving internal deployment requirements.
