Worked on the ankitects/anki-landing-page repository to deliver a cross-theme user interface enhancement focused on scrollbar theming. The approach involved implementing dynamic scrollbar colors that respond to the active light or dark mode, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility across themes. Leveraging CSS and front end development skills, introduced CSS variables for both scrollbar-thumb and scrollbar-track, allowing for maintainable and theme-safe styling throughout the landing page. This update included a series of targeted app.css changes to align scrollbar appearance with the overall design system, resulting in a more cohesive and subtle user experience without introducing any new bugs during the process.
