In February 2025, Emhnemhn focused on build system configuration for the commercialhaskell/lts-haskell and simonmichael/stackage repositories, delivering two targeted features to enhance LTS-23 compatibility and logging. By updating YAML-based build constraints to include monad-logger-syslog 0.1.6.1, Emhnemhn enabled improved observability and reduced build friction across both projects. The work involved careful dependency alignment and cross-repo coordination, ensuring smoother downstream integration and greater CI reliability. Although no bugs were fixed during this period, the depth of the changes established a stable foundation for future development, leveraging skills in YAML and build system configuration to address evolving project requirements.
