In December 2025, Patsun Sun developed a new BNT News integration for the RSSHub repository, focusing on backend development and API integration using TypeScript. Patsun designed and implemented new routes that enable automated fetching and structured formatting of BNT News articles, introducing a handler that parses and organizes content by category and topic. This addition streamlined the content ingestion pipeline, reducing the need for manual parsing and ongoing maintenance. The work demonstrated a targeted approach to data parsing and backend logic, delivering a single, well-scoped feature that enhanced RSSHub’s coverage and improved the discoverability of BNT News content.
