Worked on the redhat-cop/agnosticd repository to deliver secure remote console access for OpenStack virtual machines managed within OpenShift. Developed a feature that introduced Apache HTTP Server SSL-based routing to the Nova NoVNC proxy, enabling remote VM consoles with minimal disruption to the existing OpenShift and OpenStack integration. The solution leveraged Infrastructure as Code principles and YAML configuration to add a dedicated ServerName and ProxyPass directives, streamlining traffic routing to the Nova NoVNC proxy service. This approach reduced operational overhead by simplifying secure access to VM consoles, demonstrating a focused application of DevOps and cloud infrastructure technologies.
