Icaro standardized the development workflow for Harbour-Enterprises/SuperDoc by migrating the project’s setup and documentation to use PNPM, replacing npm for dependency management, development server, and testing commands. This transition, implemented entirely in Markdown documentation, established a deterministic and faster local environment, reducing install friction for new contributors and improving CI reliability. By updating the CONTRIBUTING.md and onboarding materials, Icaro ensured that future development would benefit from reduced dependency drift and scalable tooling. The work focused on development setup and documentation, laying a technical foundation for consistent workflows and aligning project practices across the Harbour-Enterprises ecosystem.
