Worked on the comfyanonymous/ComfyUI repository to deliver an internationalization upgrade, expanding language support from 23 to 51 options and refining the language selector for improved accessibility. Used Python for backend development, coordinating updates across nodes_ace.py and related files to ensure consistent multilingual support. The new selector orders languages by popularity, defaults to English, and places 'unknown' last, streamlining onboarding for non-English users and reducing friction in language selection. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with the primary focus on enhancing user experience and broadening the platform’s reach through thoughtful UI/UX improvements and robust backend integration.
