Over a two-month period, contributed to both qmk/qmk_firmware and go-gitea/gitea by delivering targeted feature enhancements. Developed a Pico Pad RP2040-based 21-key keyboard configuration for qmk_firmware, including detailed hardware support notes, updated bootloader instructions, and improved documentation to streamline onboarding for users and developers. In go-gitea/gitea, implemented multi-project association for issues and pull requests, enhancing project management and governance across the platform. The work involved backend development, API design, and database management, utilizing Go, JavaScript, and Markdown. Demonstrated a collaborative approach through co-authored commits and thorough documentation, focusing on maintainability and user adoption throughout both projects.
