August 2025: Implemented metrics enrichment fix, prepared v1.65.0 release with changelog and CI tests, and aligned charts release notes to 1.7.1. These efforts improved observability, release readiness, and version consistency, driving faster customer value and more reliable deployments.

July 2025: Completed major platform transitions and gateway enhancements across two repositories. In treeverse/charts, performed Fluffy End-of-Life and migrated authentication to the LakeFS Enterprise image, updating the chart to 1.5.0 and application image to 1.63.0, removing deprecated Fluffy configurations and introducing enterprise authentication settings to enable future authentication mechanisms. In treeverse/lakeFS, added S3 gateway middleware extensibility via a new gateway middleware factory and introduced IsUploadPartRequest to clarify multipart upload handling, preparing the gateway for future middleware enhancements. All changes are tracked with clear commits for traceability (e0cb6fda..., c959ff3b..., 3e925307...).

May 2025: Delivered release-readiness improvements, robustness fixes, and Helm chart updates to support LakeFS v1.58.0. Strengthened testing, documentation, and upgrade paths, enabling safer releases and smoother customer adoption.
