During March 2025, Ifropc worked on the stellar/quickstart repository, focusing on enhancing the developer workflow for the Stellar XDR CLI. They updated the Dockerfile to ensure the Rust toolchain is installed only when necessary, enabling seamless use of cargo install and supporting the build of the stellar-xdr binary with CLI features inside the container. This approach leveraged skills in build automation, DevOps, and Rust, and utilized Dockerfile and Rust as core technologies. The work improved reproducibility and standardization of the Rust toolchain across local and CI environments, addressing environment drift and streamlining both development and continuous integration processes.
