October 2024: Go debugging reliability improvements in bazelbuild/intellij. Implemented fixes to cgo breakpoint mapping and test-runner environment handling, reducing debugging friction and improving test visibility. Result: more stable Go debugging experience for developers using Go with C interop; improved Windows compatibility in test runs.
