Worked on the 0xPolygonID/issuer-node repository to enhance security and stability within the project’s dependency stack. Focused on upgrading core library dependencies to their latest secure versions, the work involved careful management of Go Modules and Dockerfile configurations. By removing brittle version pins for libraries such as libwebp and openssl, the developer ensured that builds consistently pull the most up-to-date and secure releases, reducing vulnerability exposure. This approach improved both the maintainability and reliability of the CI/CD pipeline. The work demonstrated a strong grasp of containerization, dependency management, and DevOps practices, directly addressing supply chain security concerns.
