In September 2025, Imak developed and contributed a new port of the Mexce library (version 1.0.0) to the microsoft/vcpkg repository, focusing on build systems and package management using CMake. The work enabled users to download the library source directly from GitHub, install headers, and include license files for compliant distribution. By adhering to vcpkg’s packaging conventions, Imak ensured reproducible builds across platforms and streamlined installation for Mexce users. The contribution demonstrated a thorough understanding of end-to-end packaging, versioned releases, and license compliance, and was delivered as a single, reviewable commit following the project’s established contribution workflow.
