Implemented a feature that allows immediate tab creation when the prompt_new_tab_name setting is false, bypassing the name prompt for a smoother experience. Addressed event handling by ensuring mouse click handlers consistently respect this setting across all UI controls, resolving a related issue. Utilized Rust for backend development and UI logic, emphasizing efficient event handling and user interface improvements. The work streamlined tab management, enhancing productivity for users who prefer rapid tab creation without additional prompts.
