Leveraged skills in content creation, content management, and documentation, utilizing Markdown and Git-based version control to ensure traceable, high-quality updates. The improvements aimed to streamline user onboarding, reduce support inquiries, and increase the accessibility and credibility of the documentation, with all changes delivered through well-documented commits and adherence to content governance best practices.
