In December 2025, Inke Uutela enhanced the CSCfi/csc-user-guide repository by updating and expanding the data access permit documentation to include embedded YouTube instructional videos. Using Markdown for content creation and management, Inke focused on improving user onboarding and reducing support needs by making the documentation more accessible and visually informative. The work involved Git-based version control to ensure traceable, high-quality updates, with two commits delivering up-to-date multimedia guidance in findata-permit.md and related files. This targeted documentation improvement addressed user pain points in understanding data access permits, demonstrating a methodical approach to content governance and technical communication.
