They improved Jumpbox connectivity documentation by specifying firewall and package source requirements, ensuring smoother installation processes. Additionally, Mis refreshed the PaaS installation guide’s visuals to better support onboarding. All work was completed using Markdown and strong documentation skills, resulting in more precise, accessible resources. The updates addressed deployment pain points and improved the overall quality of technical onboarding materials.
