Developed and integrated a Competition Event Timeline component for the dscubed/dscubed-website repository, replacing a generic heading with a structured, data-driven timeline that displays upcoming competition events, dates, and descriptions. The work focused on enhancing user experience and clarity by providing an organized view of competition milestones, while establishing a scalable pattern for future event data. Leveraged React and Next.js for component design and integration, utilizing TypeScript and Tailwind CSS to ensure maintainable, visually consistent code. The approach emphasized UI/UX refinement and version control best practices, resulting in a feature that improves information accessibility without introducing new bugs.
