Worked on enabling GraalVM native image support for the Unleash/unleash-client-java repository by introducing reachability metadata and essential Java types to bootstrap native images and facilitate integration with Unleash. Extended this approach in Unleash/yggdrasil, where GraalVM metadata and ahead-of-time (AOT) configuration were added to support AOT compilation, resulting in improved startup times and reduced memory usage. Focused on performance optimization and native image workflows, leveraging GraalVM and Java development skills throughout both projects. The work emphasized maintainable integration, traceability, and governance, laying the groundwork for efficient, production-ready Java applications with enhanced runtime characteristics. No bugs were reported or fixed.
