During November 2025, Irshad worked on improving CUDA build stability and compatibility in the pytorch/pytorch repository. Focusing on C++ and CUDA, Irshad enforced version compatibility within CUDAGreenContext to prevent build-time failures across different CUDA versions. He also addressed a CUDA BLAS build error by refining matrix-size checks and removing redundant conditions, which enhanced the reliability of CUDA-accelerated operations in PyTorch. His contributions centered on library development and build system management, collaborating closely with maintainers through code review. The work demonstrated a strong grasp of C++ development and CUDA integration, resulting in more stable and predictable build workflows for PyTorch.
