Yi Lyu developed dashboard task support for Databricks Jobs within the databricks/terraform-provider-databricks repository, enabling users to define and manage dashboard refresh and subscription tasks directly through Terraform. This work involved updating the job resource definition, integrating new API endpoints, and writing comprehensive documentation and test cases to ensure reliable deployment. Using Go and Terraform, Yi focused on enhancing automation and consistency across environments by allowing dashboard-related tasks to be codified as part of infrastructure-as-code workflows. The implementation demonstrated a solid understanding of API integration and CI/CD reliability, addressing automation needs without introducing new bugs during the release period.
