Worked on the commercetools/test-data repository to deliver a new testing infrastructure focused on product tailoring. Developed dedicated test components, including models for tailoring, its data, variants, and attributes, using TypeScript and Node.js. The work involved reorganizing product-tailoring models and exports to improve code structure and maintainability, while also providing comprehensive documentation and presets to streamline testing and onboarding. By aligning with the CON-2375 initiative, these changes support safer product tailoring modifications in downstream services. The approach emphasized robust data modeling and thorough testing practices, resulting in a more organized and maintainable foundation for future product tailoring features.
